Leach Pottery
2005 - 2008

Bernard Leach is generally acknowledged as the father of studio pottery. As an artist and thinker he towers above other 20th century potters in both the extent of his activities and as a spokesman for a movement that revolutionised our understanding of art and craft. In 2005 the opportunity arose to save the studio where Bernard had worked and taught for much of his life and The Leach Restoration Project was born.

CTD originally won the pitch for The Leach Restoration Project fundraising campaign, which led to consultation on brand positioning and the supply of all graphic design provisions including logo design, a way finding system around the grounds, the restored old workshops and new studios, the museum and gallery; as well as the permanent exhibition, their launch website and other promotions and print.
